General business and cancellation conditions The contractual relationship between the customer and the hotel is established on the basis of a confirmed accommodation reservation, a paid invoice, or on the basis of paid accommodation at the reception of Hotel BRADA. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contractual relationship at any time.

However, if they cancel the reservation within the dates below, a cancellation fee is charged as follows:

Cancellation within less than 14 days before arrival - 20% of the reservation price

Cancellation within less than 9 days - 30% of the reservation price

Cancellation within less than 4 days - 50% of the reservation price

Cancellation within less than 1 days - 100% of the reservation price
